Woodlands Stop Over
Situated
on the site of the original "Hunters Road"
previously travelled by hunters, naturalists,
explorers and missionaries on their way to the
Victoria Falls in the 18th Century.
Woodlands makes an ideal stop over en-route to
the Okavango Swamps, Chobe Game Reserve,
Central Kalahari, Makgadigadi Pans, Botswana
National Parks and Victoria Falls.
The
following facilities overlook the Tati River:

We would like to introduce you to our wine labeled “Old Hunters Road” in dedication to you, as an explorer and visitor of Botswana and to the hunters, traders, missionaries and adventurers of Yesteryear who were all headed for Victoria Falls. We invite you to relax and take the time to remember all those who went before you to make it the place that we so love and enjoy today.
Please visit the Hunter’s Road Wall and Wagon Wheel situated at the top of the property on the left as you enter the Woodlands property.
